Each instrument is equipped with manual.

1, open the instrument package, please read the instructions;

2, the instrument in handling process handle with care, to avoid excessive force collision instrument;

3, the electric control box is placed to the specified location, the level gage is arranged on the electric control box on the table, adjust the instrument footing, pulley,ensure overhead foot on the ground and keep theinstrument level;

4, the instrument on top of the electric control box, levelplaced in glass countertop, regulating instruments, 6 feet,to ensure that the instrument level (Note: in the placement of instruments should be reserved the right display fixing bracket position);

5, remove head large sheet metal, fixed weight part; fixing plate is released X Y Z three axis machine, ensure thesmooth movement, loosen the fixed sheet metal screws;

Note: X to the fixed plate (2) on the work table plate rightposition; Y to the fixed plate (2) between the table boardmarble and supporting seat; Z to the fixed plate (2) on the sliding seat (the specific position, removing methods such as unknown, can be directly please customer serviceservice personnel to help resolve).

6, according to the relative position of the fixed connection line in Figure two, the power and the instrument controlbox.

7, open the computer case, install the video card and USBdata line.

8, the installation of automatic measurement software,installation method in accordance with the specific software manual installation.

Driver 9, installed video card, UWC4000 motion controller driver and dog.

10, open the software, test wiring and movement is normal;

11, in tenth normal operation by the company technical personnel to assist the magnification correction and X axis,Y axis, Z axis grating ruler correction, achieve companyfactory standard. (Note: please choose 3 timesmagnification correction)
